Central Norn Week Thread (Coverage starts February 21st)

I thought I would share this with you. There is whisper now that the following week will be dedicated to the norns according to Neoseeker.

All this week, the ArenaNet Blog has been dedicated to the humans of Guild Wars 2. That's all well and good, seeing as how we're humans too, but let's be honest -- the other races are so much cooler.
On Monday, the devs will be following up with Norn Week, dedicated to the shapeshifting giants of Guild Wars lore, another major playable race in the sequel. Expect yet another gorgeous trailer, but instead of visiting Kryta, we'll likely be getting a tour of the snowy regions where norn reside.
As a norn, players will be able to choose from several disciplines that allow them to transform into animal spirits. The most commonly seen is the bear, which the norn perceive to be the spirit of strength.




We do not know what will be covered yet, but if the format of the "Human Week" can be taken as a template, we'll learn a bit more lore, get some art work, and may see some armor examples. What do you think? And are you excited? I for one am. As the post above said, humans are all fine and good, but it's so much more cool to learn about other races.

Agreed, it was quite underwhelming. But you gotta give it to Anet - obviously they don't have much (if any) breaking info but still try to keep the community interested. Some piccies of headgear, some stories, some epicly written paragraphs BOOM! human week.|||Well we aren't exactly an exciting race on Tyria..
