PC Gamer article & Wall prints

The PC Gamer article, which made the cover of the PC Gamer December edition, is now being released online as seen here. The writers of PC Gamer are somewhat dumb, but the magazine had information about how dungeons work, and the online article claims it will have more information than what was made available at the print version.
Meanwhile, LTL Prints has made available big wall posters of Guild Wars 2 concept art. I have been looking for something like that for ages, but I really wished Arena Net had chosen different pieces of concept art (I really want Kekai's concept art pieces showing the avatars of the Five Gods).
Erasculio|||Looks like it will be a week full of articles? You will keep us up to date I assume?|||Oh don't worry.
I'm gona lurk the Gurus, that's for sure. Whatever pieces Erasculio doesn't post I'll keep an eye on. (yes, this means competition!)|||herp derp posted something in the wrong thread woo
(Posted about the Anet blog post instead of the PCG article.)|||Quote:

Caithe by Kekai Kotaki. The mysterious loner Caithe was among the first sylvari to awaken from the branches of the Pale Tree. Caithes blades are swift and deadly and her movement is as silent as the fall of night. Discover Caithe in Guild Wars 2 and now - on your wall!

Not sure if this description has been out already, but it's another piece of evidence pointing vaguely to a rogue/assasin type profession, or at least a profession that can take similar roles.
(Or perhaps its just a ranger description.)|||Oh good. I was hoping to get a chance to read the print article, but this will do just as well. Should help tide us over during the information drought we've had the last couple weeks, too.

Except rangers can't dual-wield daggers or swords. Plus ranger is already covered by Eir.|||I look forward to tomorrow's article!
By the way, I agree: He always talks about trinity as in "tank", "healer" etc., and culminates his limited thinking in the chart that the PC gamer author came up with is kind of simplistic if not "dumb" for it reenforces the trinity model. In his defense, not all professions and/or skills are known. I would actually love to play this game hands-on myself. Alas, I have not and so this is my own humble GW2 arm-chair enthusiast opinion.|||Quote:

Yeah, the writer makes it sound like doing away with the "trinity" concept means that you still have someone fill those roles except it can be anybody... if that's really what it means...
Anyways, no new info so far, but they mention that there will be something unexpected later on... so I'll bite and keep reading.
