Goodbye, wish me luck

[:1]I've resigned from my position here at Incgamers so you'll be seeing a change of leadership here soon. (no, I don't know who it will be yet) I've been on staff here for 5 years and blue for 4 years so I figure you guys deserve to know why the drastic change. I've accepted a position as a programmer at ArenaNet and I'm joining the Guild Wars 2 team!
I want to thank all the members, past and present, for making this site such a positive part of my life for so long. Being a part of this fan community played a large role in setting me on this new path. I have to give a little extra credit to Thalanor Thornhale for finding and sharing a link to a blog about what goes into an MMO that really got me thinking I might have something to offer. It ended with this:

And if you're sick in the head enough to enjoy something like working on an MMO, come apply to ArenaNet. I hear we're still looking for a few good senior programmers.

I don't know if I like thinking of myself as sick in the head, but I do love a good challenge! The team at ArenaNet were so supportive and encouraging during my application process and I'm giddy with excitement for this opportunity.
Hopefully I'll get to play from the studio for the PAX demo so maybe I'll see some of you there. I'm sure I'll still lurk around here from time to time. Please be good to my successor!|||Wait, wha?
